According to the Canine Chronicle and the AKC, Patience is currently ( for this month anyway!) ranked as number 13 in the Breed and number 19 in the All Breed rankings!!
It is amazing to say the least; to have accrued enough Breed points to achieve such a ranking in one afternoon! She is also the only dog in the top 20 who is not yet a Champion! I wonder if other dogs have done this in the past; I'd be curious to find out!
